Buffet for breakfast
South Indies offers an authentic spread of South Indian breakfast between 7 am and 10 am on all days in its Breakfast buffet starting September 1. The buffet offers five varieties of dosas, two varieties in idli, vadas, semolina (upma), puri and bhaji, two varieties of fresh fruit juice and assorted fruits along with filter coffee. The buffet, priced at 150 per head, is at South Indies, 840/A, 100 ft Road, Indiranagar.
A midnight feast
Northern Gate, the specialty Indian restaurant at Taj Gateway has launched a midnight buffet on every Friday and Saturday from 11:30 pm to 2 am. Step in for an exclusive menu created by the master chefs and sample the biryanis, salans, pav bhaji, laccha parathas, egg roast, kathi rolls and kebabs. The buffet is also interspersed with a live dosa counter. Accompanied by sweet lassi, one could end a meal with the restaurant’s signature desserts. The midnight buffet is priced at Rs 250 per person exclusive of tax.
