PAPERS INTO MONEY...
'Con act' lands
Bangalore, DHNS:

A Nigerian national who came here to make quick bucks landed in police net.

Cubbon Park police arrested Kingsley Samson Chukwuma (34), a resident of Lagos, Nigeria on charges of cheating, and recovered black papers and some chemicals from him. He had entered India with a fake passport.
Kingsley used to carry bundles of black papers and some small boxes. He claimed he had a chemical inside these boxes which would convert pieces of papers into dollars.

He met Louis Paul, a priest at Devasandra church in K R Puram. He lured Paul saying he could make money with the help of the chemical.

Kingsley told Paul if he could give him $60,000, he could triple the amount.

However, he grew suspicious and lodged a complaint with Cubbon Park police. Police contacted Kingsley and told him they want to buy black papers and chemical from him.

Both agreed to meet near Barton Centre on MG Road. On his arrival there, police caught him.
