A split between Deccan Aviation and Air Deccan is being cleared by the board of directors, announced Executive Chairman G R Gopinath on Wednesday.
He was talking to reporters in Bangalore on the sidelines of a press meet following an Memorandum of Understanding signed between Deccan Aviation and Apollo Hospitals Enterprises.
Deccan Aviation will also enter a technical JV with SEC International to bid for projects related to geo physical surveys and ariel mapping.
