They said Ambale, Gowdanahalli and Kodihalli villages have 1,270 card holders. Unfortunately, foodgrains are available to only 575 beneficiaries. Though the authorities have taken application for Anthyodaya and BPL cards, no ration is being provided after July 7.

They alleged that Food and Civil Supplies department did not undertake the survey properly. Beneficiaries have been denied of the BPL cards.
