Directorate of Field Publicty Mangalore, District Health and Family Welfare Department, NSS Unit and Hebbal Composite Pre University College jointly organised a seminar on ‘HIV/AIDS and Adoloscent problems’ on Tuesday at Hebbal Composite College. Addressing the seminar, Mr Nanjundaswamy said that students must be aware of HIV/AIDS that spreads through unsafe sex and must also involve themselves in spreading awareness on the same to the society.
Delivering the keynote address, teacher Basdavaraja Shetty said that there is no cure for HIV/AIDS hence prevention from the disease is the best way out. College Management Board President H T K Thimappa inaugurated the programme earlier.
