Kukke Subramanya Temple President T Venkatramana Bhat addressing a news conference on Wednesday said that strict legal action will be sought against any individual found guilty deceiving the pilgrims in the name of the temple.
Addressing reporters on context of a report that shed light on the fake pujas taking place around temple premises, deceiving the pilgrims and about various centres running in places like Bangalore and Mumbai in the name of temple, Mr Bhat said that the temple will not be responsible if people are cheated.

Venkatramana Bhat also clarified that there are no authorised branches of the temple in any place, neither in the country nor outside the country, set up to collect funds for the religious, educational and cultural programmes held by the
temple.
