MOVIES THIS WEEK

Vacancy (Eng)
The first English language project from director Nimrod Antal, Vacancy is simple and fairly believable for the suspense genre. A married couple on the verge of divorce after the loss of a child, is travelling off the interstate when car trouble lands them at an out-of-the-way motel.

Manager of the motel, Mason (Frank Whaley) gives them the honeymoon suite at no extra cost, but they get anything but a restful night's sleep here.

Vacancy is a disturbing terror/suspense film, with the actors (Luke Wilson, Kate Beckinsale, Frank Whaley) delivering good performance.

Aggar (Hindi)
Aggar is a yet another thrilling story of passion, betrayal and fear.

A woman discovers getting attracted to the wrong man can have dangerous consequences.

Jhanvi (Udita Goswami) is a woman who is running a thriving business and is married to a psychiatrist named Dr Adi Merchant (Shreyas Talpade).

Problems start when Aryan (Tusshar Kapoor) enters Jhanvi's life.

His attraction to her soon becomes a dangerous obsession threatening to endanger the life of  Dr Adi. Directed by Anant Mahadevan, the film also stars Koena Mitra.
