Gurukul Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) offers Executive MBA programme. Admissions for 2007 batch are open.
EMP – Executive Management Program is a 10-month executive MBA level program. Classes are held in the evenings and weekends. The applicant should be a graduate in any discipline and should preferably be working.
Application forms can be obtained from GIMS office by post or in person on payment of Rs. 250. Alternatively the form can be downloaded from the GIMS website. Filled up applications should be submitted to the Director, GIMS. Admission closes on September 30, 2007

Taking into consideration the persistent request of citizens for a short-term course in Visual Art & Art
Appreciation, the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath now offers opportunities for adults with aptitude in Visual Art.
Experienced faculty will conduct courses in Object Drawing, Drawing from Nature, Caricature, Book illustration, Animal and Human Study, Memory Drawing, Introduction of Ink and Colour, Terracotta, etc.,
Duration of the course is six months. Thrice a week Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. starting at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath on October 4, 2007.

Diploma in Cyber Laws
Admissions to the October 2007 batch of the Diploma in Cyber Law course conducted in distance mode by Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune and Government Law College, Mumbai are open.
The highlights of the course are as under:
I. It is a six month, distance/ correspondence mode course.
2. The course is recognised by Government of Maharashtra.
3. Detailed printed and electronic courseware is provided to the students.
4. The total fee is only Rs 3,600.
This is the eleventh batch of the course. In the past, the course participants have included judges, police and military officers, lawyers, IT professionals, chartered accountants, company secretaries and students.
