Revaluation application
Result of 1st Semester B.Ed. Examinations of Bangalore University held during May 2007, has been announced on September 12, 2007. The concerned College Principals are hereby informed to contact the Examination Branch, Central College, Bangalore-1 and collect the result sheets expeditiously.
The last date for the Colleges to submit Revaluation applications if any, to the University in triplicate is September 22, 2007, without penal fee and September 27, 2007, with penal fee.
The Principals are also requested to coordinate with the Tabulation Custodians of B.Ed Degree for announcement of pending results if any of their Colleges. Results of Colleges which have not submitted Internal Assessment Marks have not been announced.

Banking diploma
Indian Institute of Banking and Finance recently launched a diploma in Banking and Finance for graduates, in any discipline or candidates or students in the final year of their graduation.
The diploma is being offered in association with Manipal Universal Learning. The six months course equivalent to the JAIIB qualification of IIBF aims to fulfill the demand for qualified manpower for the banking sector, which is expected to grow in the coming years on account of growth in business, large scale retirement of personnel and globalisation.
The fee for the course is Rs 5,000. However, e-learning/virtual cost will be another Rs 1,500.
