Chescom Engineer Srikanth (28) has committed suicide in a suspicious manner in his residence at Indira layout.
Srikanth hails from Gulbarga and was recently transferred to Chescom office. He was staying with his colleague Shivaram. When the jeep driver Krishna came to his residence to pick him, the suicide came to light. Srikanth’s family members have said that it was not suicide. Police have registered a case.

The students union of Government Polytechnic will be inaugurated on September 21. This will mark the inauguration of cultural activities for the academic year. Zilla Panchayat former president H S Ashok will inaugurate the union.
