New menswear stores
Classic Polo, the flagship brand of the Royal Classic Group has opened two new stores. The group which specialises in men’s fashion wear has undertaken an expansion plan to set up 100 stores across the nation, by the end of this year.
The two new stores will be the 41st and 42nd to be opened, reiterating the company’s overall goal. The stores feature a wide collection of t-shirts, shirts, trousers, cargos, denim, jackets and much more.
The new shops are at 72/A, 29th Cross, IInd Block, Opp Basaveshwara High School, Rajajinagar and at 975, 5th A Cross, HRBR Layout, 1st Block, Opp Banaswadi Hospital.
Floored by luxury tiles
Gujarat based, Asian Granito tiles one of the largest ISO 9001 certified vitrified tiles manufacturers in India has recently announced the opening of it’s first state of the art Asian world showroom in Bangalore. A release states that the Bangalore showroom is the company’s eighth state of the art tiles boutique with comprehensive flooring solutions. Earlier the company has launched similar successful boutiques in Himmatnagar, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Cochin, Chennai and Mumbai.
A release states that while inaugurating the 2500 sq ft area state of the art display Asian World Showroom at Bangalore, Kamleshbhai Patel, Chairman, Asian Granito India Ltd, said, “Our Bangalore Showroom is one more successful example of Asian Granito’s commitment to excellence and advancement. This showroom is all set to provide wide range, vivid patterns and exquisite combinations in vitrified and ceramic tiles.”
The showroom is at 3rd Floor, Commerce Floor (Above Olympic Sports), KH Road (Double Road).
Handicraft exhibition
Utsav as the name suggests is an exhibition- cum- sale to celebrate the festivity of India. This is an all women group which focuses on motivating women enterpreneurs to come up with creative ideas and helping them excute it. This exhibition was started by Kuljeet Kaur who took this up post- retirement.
This exhibition has a range of items on display like Lucknow chickan work, Kashmiri items, terracota crafts, designer sarees and tops, apart from handicrafts and handloom items.
The exhibition is currently on at two venues: V R Plaza from September 17 to 23 and at 5 O’ gallery, Basaveshwar Nagar near Central Mall. Contact. 9242881023 for details.
All-night market
Kahawa, gallery for design, is organising a fun-filled evening showcasing some of their new arrivals, tarot card reading, tattoo artists and lots more to keep visitors entertained. The event will be held at its premises at Kareem Towers, Cunningham Road (adjacent to Cafe Coffee Day), on Thursday, September 20, 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
