'Christians are not for forcible conversions'
DH News Service, Bangalore:
Karnataka Chraista Ranga is holding a rally on September 22 to protest against the attacks on Christians.

The rally will start at Trinity Church Junction on M G Road and proceed towards Raj Bhavan, where they will submit a memorandum to the Governor Rameshwar Thakur.

Speaking to reporters in Bangalore on Thursday, MP, H T Sangliana alleged that the State government has shown an irresponsible attitude towards putting an end to atrocities against christians, in the last 18 months.

“The Chief Minster and Home Minster are responsible for the crimes committed against christians. Not a word has been uttered by the Home Minister till date, to protect christians in the State. Such callous persons occupying high positions have no moral right to continue in power, even for a single day. Police also are casual in their approach towards this problem,” he alleged.

“We want to put an end to the ‘big bluff’ of so-called forcible conversions into Christianity. Christians are not interested in forceful or baited conversions,” he added.
