ICICI Bank Home Loans on Friday in Bangalore announced that it is organising a two-day Home Utsav, a mega property show from September 22 to 23, 2007 at Hotel Grand Ashoka, Bangalore. ICICI Bank is bringing together more than 150 properties from the city’s reputed builders. Spot sanctions on the home loans will be done at the venue. Customers can even avail attractive premiums on insurance options for their home loans. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the customer’s family will have  support of the insurance cover to pay for the outstanding loan, without being burdened by the loan EMI.

Kotak Life’s new  insurance plans
Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd (Kotak Life Insurance), on Thursday announced the launch of ‘Kotak Eternal Life Plans,’new participating whole life plans. The plans provide for a high cover at lower premiums, cash lumpsum benefits at the end of premium payment term and increased choice through a range of plan options.
The life plans have been designed in two variants, the Eternal Life Premier Shield and the Eternal Life Classic Shield. The Premier Shield offers a fixed 5 per cent increase per year in the premium to a young policyholder allowing him to access high cover. The Classic Shield is the conventional fixed premium option suitable at all ages.
