Mahatma Creations’ ‘Jnanajyoti Siddaganga’ is set to hit the big screen soon, said producer Mahantappa and Director B A Omkar.
The movie, which documents the glorious history of Siddaganga mutt is famous for its ‘trivida dasoha’ (free service of food, shelter and education).
The director of ‘Sri Renukacharya Mahatme’, speaking of his second movie with spiritual motif, said that such movies give constructive solutions to the society.
The film was shot in Siddaganga mutt and its surroundings. The team had allowed the public to watch the shooting of the movie. Actors Vishnuvardhan and Bharati, Kishan and others have acted in the movie which is going to be released shortly. A CD of its songs were released here on Saturday by Seer Dr Shivakumara Swamiji.
There are nine songs including ‘Harana Karunodayada Teradali’ by G S Shivarudrappa and S P Balasubrahmanya has rendered them. Besides, three vachanas of Sri Siddalingeswara Swamiji are presented by Shankar Mahadevan and Ajey.
Other songs, composed by Omkar and Viresh Belagalpet. Besides, B R Chaya, Dr Shamita and K Yuvaraj are also part of the music team directed by K Yuvaraj. The CD, priced at Rs 50, is brought out by Zenkar Audio.
