I was sauntering on M G Road, when I saw a well-dressed driver (he probably owned the car) who seemed to be lost and looking for direction.
“Can I help you, sir,” I asked him. “Oh, thank you. Where can I find a park.....?” “Oh, you are looking for Cubbon Park. Go straight ahead and you will stumble upon Queen Victoria and the area behind that is Cubbon Park.”
“But I know Cubbon Park, what I was looking for is....” “Then you must be looking for M N Krishna Rau Park or may be J P Park, Silver Jubilee Park, Laxmidevi Park, Gayatri Devi Park, Jayamahal Park, Bugle Rock Park, Richards Park, Coles Park.. Which park do you want? I will give you the directions.” You see, I take pride in the fact that I know Bangalore like the back of my hand.
