The purpose of the youth festival is to provide a platform to the budding artists to exhibit their talent and also to select a contingent of youth talents.

The affiliated UG and PG Colleges should send in their entries to Dr V Nagesh Bettakote, Co-ordinator, Bangalore University, Youth Festival, Department of Performing Arts, Sneha Bhavan, Jnana Bharathi campus on or before October 1. An entry fee of Rs 50 per item and Rs 100 for group events should be remitted to the SBM, payable to the Finance Officer, BU and the counter file should be produced while registering their entries.
