Habba for kids
‘Chinnara Habba-Come on kidz 2007’, children's event will take place from November15 to18 at Sri Kanteerava indoor stadium. Pre-event activities in this connection will be organised in over hundred primary, higher primary and high schools across Bangalore. These events will have artificially created models of cartoon characters, a short film creating awareness on hazardous effects of plastics and methods of minimising the usage of plastics, called "No Plastic" and a magic show. Wildlife week
Karnataka Forest Department has planned a series of activities and programmes to mark the 53rd Wildlife Week which will begin on September 30 and conclude on October 15. Four students can participate from each institution. It will begin at 10 am at Aranya Bhavan. Contact 23343464, 23341993
