The counting of ballots of MCC electorate will begin at 8 am at KPT. The counting will be held in five rounds in 12 rooms. The results of all the candidates is expected to be known noon.

 At the same time, the district administration has taken all the steps for smooth functioning of counting. As a precautionary measure, the deputy commissioner has imposed ban orders under Section 144 between 6 am and 6 pm.

Meanwhile, this year, unlike the previous years the deputy commissioner has given a list of phone numbers of counting centres and the persons concerned. Those interested may call the centres to check the results.
