Donnelleys BPO unit at Technopark
Thiruvananthapuram, DHNS:

 Chicago-based R R Donnelley & Sons, a Fortune 500 company on Monday, announced its newest BPO facility at the newly-constructed Tejaswini building.

The company said it would provide transaction processing and financial management services to clients in Europe and United States. It also expected to add a substantial number of professionals to its global workforce of over 65,000.

RR Donnelley & Sons Global BPO Asia Operations Managing Director Kiran Shankar said “The new facility along with our existing offshore centres in Asia, gives us a larger network, enabling seamless delivery of work on a 24X7 basis.”

At present, 125 tech companies operate out of Technopark where some 16,000 IT professionals work. Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Leela Group and Tata Elxi are setting up their own campuses at Technopark.
Technopark CEO N Radhakrishnan Nair  said that it was expected to grow by 200 percent this year.
