Sir, I am glad that somebody has taken up the cause of the voiceless pedestrians who risk their limbs and life just trying to walk. Is it not ironic that the costliest city in India and one that is recognised all over the globe just does not care for those who walk? Please send somebody to Shivajinagar in a bus. Ask him/her to walk up to Commercial Street from there. He/she will discover that entire footpaths and roads also have been taken over under the nose of the law enforcers: the cops and the BCC guys. Enter the politicos and gangsters to defend this illegality. Please do something for us before it is too late.
