Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss has signed the degree certificates of AIIMS graduates, following a Delhi High Court directive in this regard.

“The Minister has signed all the degree certificates and it will be distributed to students complying with the court orders,” Ministry sources said here on Tuesday.

However,  Ramadoss is believed to have refused to sign 17 certificates.
