"HC to Ramadoss" (DH Sep 24).  It is perhaps unheard in the annals of reputed institution like AIIMS.
students are made to wait for so long for want of Minister's signature.  It is common knowledge that the Minister and the Director of AIIMS are at loggerheads.  Is it any different from the Kannada saying: 'Ganda hendira jagaladalli, koosu baduvayithu' roughly translated as in the fight between husband and wife, child is emasculated! 

Need anybody stress that to keep the wheels of administration run smoothly, good ambience and congenial atmosphere is need of the hour?
