Kensri futures tennis tourney

Kensri School will conduct an under-10 futures tennis tournament from September 8 at their school premises in Mariyannapalya.

Junior netball championships

Karnataka State Amateur Netball Association will conduct the seventh junior State-level netball championship for boys and girls this month.

The girls’ championship will be held on September 5 and 6 at the Jr College Ground, 18th Cross, Malleswaram, while the boys’ section meet will be conducted at the Nijalingappa College Ground, Rajajinagar on September 12 and 13.

State under-9 chess meet

United Karnataka Chess Association is organising Yahoo! State under-9 chess championship from September 7 to 9 at the State Youth Centre in Bangalore. Players born on or after January 1, 1998 are eligible to take part in the meet. The top two players in the championship will  represent the State in the National U-9 championship to be held in the City from October 12-19.

ECA two-star badminton meet

East Cultural Association  will conduct  fifth annual two-star State-ranking badminton tournament from September 8 to 15 at the ECA courts.
