This is the first villa project by any company in Mysore. The announcement was made by Mr J C Sharma, Managing Director, Sobha Developers Ltd, at a press conference in Mysore. Mr Ravi Menon, Vice Chairman and Mr Raghav Menon, Executive Vice President, Sobha Developers Ltd, were also present during the launch.
The project, comprising 83 premium villas, will come up on a site of over 14 acres. The first phase of the project would be spread across 8.42 acres of land, consisting of 49 palatial villas. `Sobha Scarlet’ will have 6 types of villas ranging from 2900 sq ft to 4100 sq ft. The project is designed in the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture, complementing the ambience of Mysore, and will also offer modern world-class conveniences. Located in Jattihundi, in close proximity to Vijainagar and outer ring road, the project cost is estimated to be approximately Rs 150 crore.
Project highlights: A total area covering 14 acres with dedicated green cover. Development in phase I will be spread across 8.42 acres of land, consisting of 11 four bedroom villas, measuring from 3900 sq ft to 4100 sq ft, and 38 three bedroom villas, measuring from 2900 sq ft to 3150 sq ft.
