Bangalore University has invited registration from applicants seeking admission to MCA courses under supernumerary seats.

Proficiency in sports and culture  - Two seats are available with one seat each is reserved under sports and culture quota. One seat for NCC with ‘C’ certificate holder. One seat each is reserved for physically challenged, NSS, children of defence personnel, students from other Universities within Karnataka, student from any university outside Karnataka.

There are two seats reserved each for students from rural areas, students studied in Kannada medium till standard 10 and Kashmiri migrants.

If eligible students are not available, the above seats would be frozen and will not be interchanged and they will lapse.

The applicant should have written the test conducted by the VTU.

Applicants are required to register their names in the department of Master in Computer Application on or before  September 8, sources said.
