Darling (Hindi)
Earlier titled as Baby, Darling is a yet another output from the Factory. Directed and produced by Ram Gopal Varma, Darling is a horror flick. The plot of Darling revolves around the three characters Fardeen Khan, Esha Deol and Isha Koppikar. When much married Aditya Soman (Fardeen Khan) embarks on a passionate affair with his colleague Gita Menon (Esha Deol), it’s just an interlude for him. But for her, it’s much more than that. She truly believes that Aditya will divorce his wife Ashvini (Isha Koppikar) and marry her. Aditya too strings her around, as long as it suits him. But suddenly things take a deadly turn. Gita dies. And haunted by guilt and Gita’s ghost, Aditya turns into a nervous wreek. Darling is the love story of a man, his wife and his dead lover.
License to wed (English)
Newly engaged, Ben Murphy (John Krasinski) and Sadie Jones (Mandy Moore) can’t wait to start their life together and live happily ever after. The problem is that Sadie’s family church, St Augustine’s, is run by Reverend Frank (Robin Williams), who won’t bless Ben and Sadie’s union until they pass his patented, “foolproof” marriage prep course. Consisting of outrageous classes, outlandish homework assignments and some outright invasion of privacy, Reverend Frank’s rigorous curriculum puts Ben and Sadie’s relationship to the test. Forget happily ever after—do they even have what it takes to make it to the altar?
