New Delhi, pti:

Over 1.5 lakh posts are lying vacant in the Indian Railways. Minister of State for Railways R Velu informed this to Lok Sabha. Northern Railway, with 17,118 vacancies, tops the list among 16 railway zones and is followed by East Central Railway (14,227), Central Railway (13,274) and Eastern Railway (13,153).
