Dave Houghton, the former Zimbabwe captain, has taken himself out of the running for the job of Bangladesh coach, a Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) official said on Friday.  The BCB's Gazi Ashraf Hossain said Houghton had informed the board he was not prepared to move from his home in England.
