Explaining how Home Concierge came about, she says, “We want to pamper our customers. Home Concierge will deal with those problems and ensure the satisfaction of the premium customer, giving them the option of not having to move out of the property to hunt for daily necessities.”

Some of the facilities to be offered through this exclusive service are telemedicine, travel (air, road & rail), banking, creche, domestic help, groceries, event management, beauty parlour services, movie tickets, gardening, house shifting, school pick-up and drop, pet care, old age entertainment, bill payments, house keeping, hotel reservation, catering, system maintenance, vehicle service, etc. 

Booking an apartment in Espana is not on invitation but on selection, according to the Director. With two flats per floor, measuring 4,000 to 10,000 sq ft, in the price range of Rs 4.5 - Rs 8 crore, and just ground +14 floors in total, Espana oozes of luxury. A 60,000 sq ft-clubhouse to cater to only the members, with a couple of varied restaurants thrown in, only adds to the useful glamour quotient of the Rs 500-600 crore project, to be completed by December 2009.
