BJP ministers stay away from work
The BJP ministers, led by Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, had handed over their resignations to Kumaraswamy last night, in tune with the party's decision to quit the ministry if JD(S) delayed power transfer beyond October three.
Venkaiah Naidu confident on forming Govt
Mr Naidu expressed hope that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy would hand over power to BJP's B S Yediyurappa as per the pact reached between two parties 20 months ago.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting with senior party colleague Venkaiah Naidu, Yediyurappa said he was confident that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy would hand over the reins to him.
