Applications have been invited for PhD fellowship for SC/ST students in Mangalore University.  According to a press release, the applicants must have passed PG courses with minimum of 55 per cent marks or B +  grade and must be within 30 years old. The applications should be written in prescribed format along with DD /challan for Rs 50.
