Six members elected for Chikkaballapur City Municipal Corporation from Congress Party have declared that they would not extend their support to JD(S) for any reasons in the district, in a press release here.

This was decided in a meeting presided over by KPCC member G H Nagaraj on Friday.

Block Congress President K V Naveen Kiran, Chief Secretary V Venkatesh, members of CMC Srinath, Shankar Raju, Chikkappaiah, Venkatesh, Veenavathi, Manjula who participated in the meet have come to a consensus and signed the press release.
