Congress MLAs - D K Shivakumar and Ramesh Kumar - met the Governor and  ‘requested’ him to take the Congress into confidence before taking any decision to bail out the State from the impasse.

The duo told Governor the life of coalition government is now over, so there should not be any vacuum of power in the State. They requested him to direct the Chief Secretary to stop administration from collapsing, said Kumar.
