Fujitsu Ltd., Japan’s personal-computer maker, agreed to buy Swedish information technology consulting company Mandator AB for about 508 million kronor ($78.4 million) to add new IT services in Sweden.
Fujitsu offered 3 kronor in cash for every Mandator share, about 30 per cent higher than the average share price in the 10 days preceding the offer, Tokyo-based Fujitsu said on Monday in a statement.
