A workshop on mushroom cultivation will be organised at district Industrial Centre’s Industrial Education and Training Centre on October 14. The workshop is being organised in association with Chethan Mushrooms and Spontech Ltd, Malnad Mushroom Development and Market Federation. Information will be provided on mushroom cultivation, processing, preservation and diseases affecting mushrooms. Interested farmers and unemployed youth from Shimoga, Davangere, Bellary, Chikmagalur, Hassan and Udupi districts can participate. Interested can register their names before October 13.
