The Second Railway Unit of BEML will be inaugurated by Union Defence Minister A K Anthony today at 10.30 am, said BEML Managing Director Natarajan here. \Mr Natarajan said that the new Unit will help those families who have been suffering after the Gold Mines was shut down.

  As many as 100 families will be benefited, he added. Later the Defence Minister will also inaugurate the ground-breaking ceremony of Ambedkar Bhavan.

Central Railway Minister R Velu, Central Land Transport Minister K H Muniyappa, Rao Indrajit Singh, State Minister for Municipal Administration Alangur Srinivas, MLA  Rajendran and others will participatein  the inauguration.  Police will also be deployed under DySP M V Sheshan.
