Scientists claim that human beings will increasingly lose their hair, resulting in a totally naked being. Many hundred years have to pass by until this awful prophecy comes true. Till that time, men and women will continue to be preoccupied with their crowning glory.
Hair damage
While most of us do not subject our tresses to so much physical trauma, at least intentionally, stress, dietary deficiency and bad hair care regimes have combined to spell disaster for our hair. It is little wonder that diseases of the hair and scalp, including hair loss in young women and children, are on the rise.
It was this trend that prompted India’s first certified Trichologists from the International Association of Trichologists, Australia, to set up the RichFeel Trichology Centre to cater to the hair problems of the Indian population.
History
Trichology, the science of hair and scalp disease, was established as early as 1904 through the Insitute of Trchology, London.
A Trichologist is an expert in hair and scalp disease and is qualified to treat hair disorders. Today there are 335 trichologists in the world.
Over the years, technology has progressed rapidly and trichologists are well equipped to deal with almost any hair problem with the best the medicine has to offer.
Richfeel Trichology Centre was opened in Bangalore this week and offers scientific solutions to all hair and scalp problems. The Centre is located at # 2, 16th “B” Cross, Elephant Rock Road, Jayanagar III Block. This centre has been set up by well-known trichologists Dr Apoorva Shah and Dr Sonal Shah.
