The High Court on Wednesday refused bail to three men accused in a case of daylight robbery of Rs 10 lakh from an accountant of M/s RS Developers, reported in city, recently.

Justice H Bhillappa rejected the bail petitions filed by Aneesh JS, GS Jeevan and PS Keerthi Prabhakar, natives of Kerala, who are in judicial custody in connection with the robbery case registered by Ashoknagar police. They had petitioned against sessions judge’s denial of bail.

The High Court  granted time to losing JD(S) candidate in 2006 Chamundeshwari by-polls, Shivabasappa to file an application seeking permission to correct the verification of  election petition filed against Cong leader Siddaramaiah’s election in the by-polls.
