The Hoversurf Scorpion, as it is called, is capable of moving at a speed of 70 kilometres per hour and can hover at a height of 5 meters. It is made in Russia, is powered by four rotors on each end of the vehicle, capable of automated movement and has a range of six kilometres.

Speaking to the Gulf News, First Sergeant Ali Ahmad Mohammad said that the bike can carry a weight of 300 kilograms, an impressive feat for a vehicle meant for hovering.

The CEO of Hoversurf, Alexander Atamanov, announced that the company and the Dubai police have signed an MoU to the deal, and that the company will mass-produce the Scorpion in Dubai.

He also shared a video of himself on the Scorpion, wearing a 12 kilo suit on top of his body, weighing 74 kilos, to show off the bike's raw strength.
