The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) have arranged vehicles for immersion of Ganesha idols at various locations in the city, to
prevent pollution of water bodies.

The MCC has arranged tankers at all its nine zones between 6 pm and 11 pm from September 18 to 22.

The KSPCB too has organised three mobile immersion vehicles on September 18 between 4 pm and 10.30 pm.
