MUDA developed layouts to be handed over to MCC

Rs 47.90 lakh is available for development of park, says Ramdas

He was speaking after launching the project for the development of a park at Madhuvana Layout, here on Sunday.

He said that through a Gazette Notification would be issued to announce that layouts developed by MUDA will be handed over to MCC.

Ramdas said that a layout was planned in the area due to which the development of the park was on hold.

Also the land had  been under dispute, he added. However, now every issue has been sorted out and development will be completed.

Funds to the tune of Rs 47.90 lakh is available for the development of the park and K Govindaraju has been awarded tender at a cost of  Rs 36.14 lakh.
