'Till I am alive, won't let Congress bring religion-based reservations,' says Prime Minister Modi

Taking the Congress-led I.N.D.I.A. bloc head on, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday asserted that he will not allow the Constitution to be changed till he is alive and will ensure that religion-based reservation does not happen in the country.
