Adventure is part of life. People try all possible things to be distinct. Some achieve their goals by practice but some, at the very first attempt. Here is an example of a person who just tried an unusual act and succeeded. Pragathi R from Banashankari III Stage has been successful in touching her elbow with her tongue.
“A picture in a newpaper a few months back caught my eyes and I thought I would give it a try. I made an attempt. Initially I found it difficult but after some body adjustments I could do it. I can do it only with my left hand and I don’t know why it is not possible with the right hand”, Pragathi says.
After this fete, Pragathi made one more attempt to bend her middle finger and touch her wrist with it. When she succeeded, she bent all her fingers and touched her wrist.
Looking at what Pragathi was doing, her nephew Maneesh also started trying them. He is just five but his body is flexible enough to do it.
“Even I can touch my tongue to the elbow,” Maneesh says.
