Deer dies, leopard critical at Bannerghatta

A post-mortem conducted on the deer revealed that the cause of death is chronic hepatitis and adhesion of visceral organs. The post-mortem was conducted by Dr Arun, Dr Shilpa, Dr Nandini and Dr Chittiappa.

Leopard Ganesh (15) is in a critical condition due to neurological disorder manifesting with paralysis of four limbs. Authorities said his appetite is poor and intake of solid food is very low. He is surviving on fluids and is unable to support himself on his limbs. The vets are treating him for neurological disorder.
