The court earlier this month had issued notice to Prabhu Deva and actress Nayanthara and posted the matter for today.As the two were not present in the court, the Judge ordered issue of fresh notice and posted the matter for November 23.
In her petition, former actress Latha Prabhu Deva said she married Prabhu Deva here in September 1995 according to Hindu rites and customs.Citing newspaper publications, she alleged that Prabhu Deva was now having an affair with Nayanthara.
