In a recent order, the operational portions of which were made available to media on Tuesday, Justice K Dakshinamurthy of the designated TADA Court-II for CBI cases, said the charges against both Prabhakaran and Amman (for masterminding the killing of Rajiv) “have become abated” as they are dead.
