National Cricket Academy physiotherapist Paul Close will link up with the Indian national team and swap jobs with incumbent Nitin Patel from the Test series against New Zealand beginning on November 4.
Close worked briefly with the national squad during the home series against South Africa in early 2008.
Patel, meanwhile, will move over to the NCA and take over Close’s role.
