Says govt can order Society’s audit
HC dismisses petition by KMF
Bangalore, DH News Service:

Hearing the petition filed by KMF and former Minister H D Revanna, who had challenged the reverification and rexamination of audited accounts (2001- 2008), the division bench comprising Justice N Kumar and Justice K N Keshavanarayana dismissed the petition.

The High Court has dismissed a petition by Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) challenging the State Government orders dated November3 and  5 to Director Co-operative Auditing to reverify and re-examine the audited account of the Federation.

Hearing the petition filed by KMF and former Minister H D Revanna, who had challenged the reverification and rexamination of audited accounts (2001- 2008), the division bench comprising Justice N Kumar and Justice K N Keshavanarayana dismissed the petition.

The Bench observed: “The impugned order to relook into the Co-operative society’s audits cannot be adverse to the society.”

The bench also said that the petition is not maintainable as the co-opertive society audit can be orderd by the Government.

It could be recalled that Revanna and the KMF had challenged the order dated November 5 to reverify and re-examine the accounts of KMF. The KMF had termed this move as illegal considering the understanding between the KMF as well as National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).

It submitted that the Government order under 63 (11) Karnataka Co-operative Act, is contrary to the Law.

Hearing adjourned

The High Court has adjourned the hearing of the case relating to strike by junior doctors, after the doctors filed a detailed report on the lack of infrastructure and necessary drugs in government hospitals across the State.

Hearing the suo moto petition, the division bench comprising Justice N Kumar and Justice K V Keshavanarayana adjourned the matter.

Meanwhile S Vasudeva, the City-based advocate, who has been responsible for two major judgements in connection with doctor’s strike too filed an impleading application in this connection.

The HC could have taken suo motu action against the public servants who are involved in the BDA scandal in which Rs.1000 crores has been swindled. The Government of Karnataka had assured the LC that it will submit the investigated report to the house in three months but till date nothing has been done by the Government, this has forced the public to loose faith and confidence in the BJP Governrment. Thank you

The SC has issued directives to erradicate ragging and this decission is most welcome but I request the SC to erradicate the ragging by the udiciary mainly the corrupt judges who are incompetent like N.Kumar and Ramohan Reddy of Karantaka HC.They are good in minting money by issuing decissions in favour of criminals and land grabbers. The BDA scanda which involves Rs.1000 crores has been shelved to protect these judges and the then commissioner of BDA shankar Linge Gowda and the DC veer bhadraiah. The fodder scam of Bihar was Rs.900crores which has fallen behind the BDA scam still there is no action agaisnt the culprits. This is really a shame on our judiciary and so the SC must issue directives to prosecute the corrupt judges all over india.Teh judges are not accountable for their blunders this is really unjust and unconstitutional. I am hopeful that the SC will take serious action agaisnt these corrupt judges and protect the interest of innocent victims in the hands of judiciary and the mischievous. How can a corrupt judge issue such a favourable decission to the public?I think the other judge Justice Keshava narayana might have have inspired to be in favour of the public and the society. Thank you
