Shrishti Latha Puttanna, the premier designer label from Bangalore, will present its summer collection with a host of exotic kurtis and ghagras in the signature variety of fabrics and patterns on March 11 and 12 at Raintree, Opposite Windsor Manor Hotel.
After successful shows in New York and London, and the Fall/Winter Diwali collection in Bangalore and Mysore, Hyderabad and Chennai, this year’s collection also promises the trademark fusion of traditional art and craft and exotic fabrics from all corners of India.
Shrishti Latha Puttanna has always combined its unique sense of colours and way with designs, transforming fabrics with traditional block printing, exquisite hand embroidery, painting and feminine styles into a fashionista’s most trendy collectible piece.
The summer collection is no different. It has salwar-kurtis, sari blouses and ghagras for Yuvaranis from Bandhini, Ikat, Malmal cottons and silks to Ajrak print, Mushroo silk, vegetable hand-painted georgette, Kalamkari print in chiffons and much more. For details, call 9880199500.
