Ooha Chitram

Writer, screenplay and debutant director Satya’s Ooha Chitram is a mushy romance and murder mystery. Chitram is neither ooh! nor aah! It runs on twin tracks of sing-song romance in the first half and is a trite thriller post-intermission. The film revolves  around an honest cop trying to rise above corruption; he is ensnared into murdering his friends. The saving grace is the foot-tapping scores. Kaveri is around just to show off her skin.
